The five-member City Council also sits as the Redevelopment Agency. The mayor and council are elected to four-year terms. The council meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 3 p.m. (general discussion items) and 7 p.m. (public hearings). Council agendas are posted on the city's Web site after 4 p.m. on the Friday prior to a meeting.
